Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Get More for use of our sites and services.
1. Agreement
You must be 18 or older to use our services or opt in to text messages.
By using getmorehq.com or related Get More services, or by submitting a form on our site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.
2. Who we are
Jackson Lodico, a sole proprietor in Rochelle, Illinois, sells and delivers the Get More services you see on this site. Get More is the brand and product name so you can clearly see what you are buying; the legal seller and payee is Jackson Lodico. We build websites and lead systems for local businesses. An LLC may replace the sole proprietorship later; see assignment below.
3. Services
Services (sites, forms, missed-call text-back, CRM setup, growth advisory, lifecycle coordination, and similar) are described on our site or in a written proposal, order form, or statement of work. Paid work is governed by that written agreement when one exists. Website content and demos are informational. ROI, lead volume, rankings and sales figures are goals, not guarantees.
Advice limits. We research, plan, draft, build, automate and coordinate. We do not give legal advice, tax advice or investment advice, and we do not practice law, act as a CPA, sell insurance, or act as a business broker unless Jackson is licensed for that act or a disclosed licensed partner is named on your order. Referrals to licensed professionals are disclosed in writing. 4. Accounts and accuracy
You agree to provide accurate contact information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for activity under credentials we issue to you.
5. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site or services, including by attempting unauthorized access, scraping in a way that harms the service, sending spam, or using our systems for unlawful content or harassment.
6. SMS / text messaging terms
Program. Get More (Jackson Lodico) sends customer care and appointment text messages, including replies to your inquiry, appointment reminders and service updates, at the number you provide. No marketing messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
How you opt in. On the contact form at https://getmorehq.com/contact, you may check a standalone optional box that is unchecked by default. That box is only for these text messages. It is not an email signup and it is not acceptance of these Terms. The form still submits if you leave the box unchecked. The checkbox label reads: “I agree to receive customer care and appointment texts from Get More (Jackson Lodico): inquiry replies, appointment reminders, service updates. No marketing. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.” with links to the Privacy Policy and these SMS Terms. You must be 18 or older to opt in. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the short code/number. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and you will no longer receive SMS messages. To rejoin, sign up as you did the first time.

7. Paid services: month-to-month, pause, rush, dual pricing
When you buy Get More services under a signed Order Form / Client Terms:
- Month-to-month with free cancel (Illinois Automatic Contract Renewal Act practice: clear renewal box, retainable copy, email cancel — 815 ILCS 601/5 and /10).
- Pause on request: running lines stay billed; switched-off lines stop; no pause fee.
- Rush: only with Jackson’s written yes on the Order Form; if we miss the rushed delivery date, the rush part of the fee is refunded in full.
- Dual pricing 4% (not a surcharge): bank (ACH) price is the locked base on your form; card price = bank × 1.04; cash/check at the bank amount. We show both bank and card prices before you pay. This is dual pricing, not a card surcharge line on one price. Processor: DuetPay (merchant: Jackson Lodico). Sources: Visa U.S. Merchant Surcharge Q&A (cash discount / dual display); 15 U.S.C. § 1666f; Illinois consumer / mercantile discount notice practice. Residual risk: Illinois surcharge caps and card-network labeling are not attorney-cleared.
- Duet referral: Jackson may earn from Duet if you use https://duetpay.io/r/get-more (about 40% of Duet’s net from your account). Your Get More price does not change. You may use any payment provider.
- Reviews we send for clients: ask every finished job the same way; no review gating, no paid or fake reviews (FTC Endorsement Guides, 16 CFR part 255).
- Your data: you own your customer and account data; details are in the signed Client Terms / MSA (data ownership clause) and Privacy Policy.
If a signed Order Form or Client Terms conflict with this web page on a paid engagement, the signed document controls.
8. Assignment to a future LLC
Jackson Lodico may transfer these Terms and any related client agreement to a business entity he owns and controls (such as a future LLC) with at least 30 days’ written notice. Prices and material terms stay the same. You may cancel under your agreement before the transfer date with no fee if you prefer not to continue with the new entity.
9. Intellectual property
Site design, branding, and our pre-existing materials remain ours. Deliverables we create for you under a paid engagement are assigned or licensed as stated in that engagement’s paperwork. You may not copy our marketing site content for competing use without permission.
10. Third-party services
We may use third-party tools (hosting, CRM, SMS, analytics including PostHog, error monitoring including Sentry, and payment via DuetPay). Their terms apply to their services. Cookie details are in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for outages or changes outside our reasonable control.
11. Disclaimers
THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific lead volume, or business results.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GET MORE AND JACKSON LODICO WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) FEES YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100), EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Get More and Jackson Lodico from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or services, your content, or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes that proceed in court is the state or federal courts located in Ogle County, Illinois, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes to SMS terms will be reflected here and in consent language on forms where practical.
