How Get More collects, uses, and protects your information.
1. Who we are
Jackson Lodico (sole proprietor) provides the Get More brand services: websites, lead capture, missed-call text-back, and related work for local businesses. Get More is the product name customers see; the operator and data controller for this site is Jackson Lodico. This policy applies to getmorehq.com and related pages we operate, and to information you give us when you contact us, request a build, or opt in to SMS.
2. Information we collect
- Contact details you submit — name, email, phone number, message content, business name, and similar fields on our forms.
- SMS consent records — whether you checked an SMS consent box, the wording shown, timestamp, and related form context.
- Usage and device data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from IP, collected via standard web logs and analytics tools we may use.
- Communications — emails, texts, and call notes related to your inquiry or services.
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
3. How we use information
- Respond to inquiries and provide requested services.
- Send appointment confirmations, missed-call follow-ups, and service-related replies when you have consented to SMS.
- Operate, secure, and improve our sites and services.
- Comply with law and enforce our Terms.
4. SMS / text messaging
If you opt in via the standalone optional SMS checkbox on https://getmorehq.com/contact (unchecked by default; not required to submit), Get More (Jackson Lodico) sends customer care and appointment text messages, including replies to your inquiry, appointment reminders and service updates, at the number provided. Other information may be shared in these categories:
- Service providers who help us run the business (hosting, CRM, SMS delivery, analytics, email), only to provide those services.
- Legal or safety disclosures when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
- A business transfer or assignment of the Get More business, subject to this policy.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

5. Sharing
We share information with:
- Service providers who help us run the business (hosting, CRM, SMS delivery, analytics, email) under contracts that limit use to providing those services.
- Legal / safety when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
- Business transfers / assignment if Jackson Lodico transfers the Get More business to an entity he owns (such as a future LLC), or in a merger, sale, or similar event, subject to this policy’s spirit and any notice required in our Terms.
We do not sell personal information for money. We do not share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please use strong unique passwords where accounts exist and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

- Email: Use unsubscribe links where provided, or email us.
- Access / correction / deletion: Email [email protected] with your request. We will verify and respond as required by applicable law.
9. California and other state privacy rights
If you are a resident of a state with consumer privacy laws (for example California), you may have rights to know, delete, correct, or opt out of certain sharing. Email us to exercise those rights. We do not sell personal information as “sale” is commonly defined under those laws, and we do not share SMS consent for third-party marketing.

Our site may link to third-party sites. Their privacy practices are their own; review their policies.
11. Cookies & tracking
Cookie notice. We use essential cookies and similar storage so the site works (for example security and load balancing). We may also use PostHog for product analytics and Sentry for error monitoring; those tools may set cookies or similar storage to measure how the site is used and to help us find and fix errors. We do not use them to sell your personal information. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings; some site features may not work as well if you do.
